1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website at pharosone.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who we are; relationship to our products

The Site is operated by Agentic Mind, Inc. ("Agentic Mind", "we", "us"). These Terms govern only your use of this website and its content. Your use of the PharosOne product, and any evaluation, audit, pentest, or other engagement, is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to access or use the PharosOne product.

3. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or copy Site content at scale, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our prior written permission;
• probe, scan, or security-test the Site, or attempt to breach or circumvent its security, without our authorization;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the Site;
• misrepresent your affiliation with us; or
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the research articles, text, graphics, logos, and the "PharosOne" and "Agentic Mind, Inc." names and marks — are owned by Agentic Mind, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may quote or share our research content with attribution and a link, but all other rights are reserved. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Research and informational content — not advice

Our research, FAQ, and compliance-mapping content (including references to AIUC-1, ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, the NIST AI RMF, and the OWASP Agentic Top 10) is provided for general information only. It is not legal, compliance, or professional advice, does not create any advisory or client relationship, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment. Regulatory frameworks change; verify independently before acting.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, GitHub and the Calendly scheduler). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

7. Booking a call

Scheduling a call through the Site (via Calendly) is subject to Calendly's terms. Booking a call is for an introductory or demonstration conversation and does not create any contract or obligation for us to provide services.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Mind, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted; your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to a separate agreement.
