PharosOne is operated by Agentic Mind, Inc. ("Agentic Mind", "we", "us", "our"), 1111b S Governors Ave, Suite 54587, Dover, DE 19904, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the website at pharosone.ai (the "Site"). Questions: info@pharosone.ai.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Site — our marketing pages, research and blog, and the demo-booking flow. It does not cover your use of the PharosOne product or any evaluation, audit, or pentest engagement, which are governed by a separate written agreement (and, where applicable, a data processing agreement).

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you book a call through our embedded Calendly scheduler, you provide your name, email address, selected time and timezone, and anything else you choose to enter (for example, a company name or a message). When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser and user-agent, pages requested, referrer, and timestamps — for security, troubleshooting, and operating the Site.

3. What we do not do

We do not use analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking cookies on the Site. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set its own cookies when you interact with it; that processing is governed by Calendly's privacy policy. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will present a consent mechanism where required (for example, under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules) and update this policy before any non-essential cookies are set.

5. How we use information

We use the information to respond to booking and demo requests and communicate with you; to operate, maintain, and secure the Site; to comply with legal obligations; and, where you have asked for it, to send you information you requested.

6. Legal bases (EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for example, when you book a call, email us, or opt in to optional analytics); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to your inquiries; and compliance with legal obligations.

7. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers ("processors") that act on our behalf and are bound to protect it:

• Calendly — scheduling of demo and audit calls.
• Vercel — website hosting, content delivery, and server logs.
• Our email provider — receiving and responding to messages.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Retention

We keep booking and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained for a limited period according to our provider's defaults.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

• EEA and UK (GDPR). You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability; object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

13. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example, GitHub and Calendly), which have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date.
